AWS introduced how the platform supports large-scale genomics projects with flexible storage, computing, and secure data sharing. The system can help researchers collaborate and manage data in one place. Experts shared how long-read sequencing, especially with Oxford Nanopore\u2019s adaptive sampling, helps decode complex DNA regions. Participants practiced setting up and running real-time sequencing using ONT software. EHI believes that such partnerships will speed up the use of cloud-based solutions in genomics research and these insights will drive innovation and improve health outcomes through advanced genomics
