From 5\u20139 May 2026, Frilasita Aisyah Yudhaputri, EHI\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, participated in a five-day seminar on <\/span>Collaboration in Malaria Elimination and Program Communication<\/span><\/i> organized by the Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases (JIPD) and the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Research and Training on Malaria Elimination in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. She was joined by Rintis Noviyanti and R. Tedjo Sasmono from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), as well as Enny Kenangalem from Yayasan Pengembangan Kesehatan Masyarakat Papua (YPKMP). Together, they exchanged knowledge and experiences on malaria prevention, control, and elimination strategies, including ongoing malaria diagnostic evaluation studies, comparisons of malaria surveillance systems, and opportunities for future collaboration in infectious disease surveillance, detection, and research using advanced molecular diagnostic technologies.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The seminar strengthened partnerships between EHI and international collaborators while identifying new opportunities for joint research, surveillance, and disease control initiatives. It also reaffirmed EHI\u2019s commitment to supporting malaria elimination efforts in Indonesia and expanding global collaborations that advance research, innovation, and capacity building in public health. EHI believes that strong international partnerships and knowledge exchange are essential for accelerating malaria elimination and improving preparedness against infectious disease threats worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
