Human resource development is achieved through investment in capacity building, including professional training, postgraduate support, studentships, and structured internship programs. EHI actively provides free training, studentships, and internships for selected students and early-career professionals, particularly those with strong motivation and limited access to opportunities.
Health technology development, with emphasis on vaccines, diagnostics, and applied biomedical innovations that address pressing public health challenges.
Social and community engagement, including health outreach activities, community service programs, and basic health screening initiatives aimed at improving health awareness and access.
Basic and applied scientific research, particularly disease surveillance and translational research, to generate evidence and data that can support government agencies and other stakeholders in policy making and public health preparedness.
